Our Head Chef, Chamalki, specialises in Ayurvedic and plant-based meals perfect for those light fresh lunches and big family dinners, available with flexible half or full-board plans.

At Soul House, we believe that food is a vital part of any healing journey. Our Head Chef, Chamalki, specialises in creating delicious Ayurvedic meals designed to nourish and restore. We take pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients, with our spices, herbs, and vegetables coming directly from our own garden, neighbouring farms, and local markets.

We often serve Sri Lankan rice and curries, vibrant vegetarian small plates, or wholesome buddha bowls – all crafted to support well-being and create lasting memories.

We aim to be as flexible as possible to suit your retreat’s specific needs and budget. Soul House offers several thoughtfully curated meal plans, all featuring delicious, healthy cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients to ensure freshness and a true taste of Sri Lanka.

Options:

  • Half-Board: £25 per person (includes breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner)
  • Full-Board: £30 per person per day
  • Brunch: £12 per person

Outside of your meal plan, guests can order from our menu.

To help you seamlessly structure your retreat, we offer consistent yet adaptable meal timings. 

Our standard service times are:

  • Breakfast (8-10 am)
  • Brunch (9:30-11 am)
  • Lunch (12-2 pm)
  • Dinner (6-8 pm)

We understand that every retreat has its own unique flow. Please let us know if these timings don’t work for your program and we’ll happily adjust.

Soul House can accommodate up to 19 guests across both the Villa and the Jungle Chalets making it ideal for small to medium-sized retreats.

The villa rental includes full access to the villa, yoga shala, pool, and garden, as well as daily cleaning and linens. The villa also includes:

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area
  • Air-Conditioned Rooms
  • High-Speed Wi-Fi, TV, Movies & Board Games
  • Baby Essentials Available (Highchairs, Baby Cots)
  • Optional Chef Services

Meals are not included in the base rate but can be arranged at an additional cost, with options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets.

Our high season rates run from November to May and July to August. Our low season rates run from May to June and September to October.
